A thought leader in aircrew safety and survival, Ted has held key positions within the SAFE Association. He retired in 2013 as a Chief Master Sergeant and continues to lead innovation in this critical field.

Chris, TEDGAR’s Vice President, retired as a Chief Master Sergeant following a distinguished 30-year career in the USAF. Since joining TEDGAR in 2019, he has leveraged his expertise in aircrew flight equipment protocols and quality assurance to drive operational excellence. Chris oversees daily operations, client relationships, and business growth, ensuring top-tier safety solutions for both military and civilian sectors.

Randy, an Analyst, retired from the USAF after 24 years as a Master Sergeant, bringing extensive experience across five Major Commands. A skilled instructor, parachutist, and FAA Master Parachute Rigger, Randy’s leadership spans multiple levels, from serving as an instructor for the U.S. Air Force Parachute Team to managing aircrew flight equipment for Pacific Air Forces. His deep expertise and commitment to aircrew safety set him apart in the field.

Corey brings nearly 30 years of expertise in the audiovisual and communication industry, delivering high-impact solutions with precision and dedication. Ted has held leadership roles in the SAFE Association and is considered a thought leader in the Aircrew Safety and Survival Equipment industry. He retired in 2013 at the rank of Chief Master Sergeant.

Martin, a Senior Consultant based in Tampa, has over 35 years of experience in aircrew flight equipment. Retired as a Chief Master Sergeant, he has worked at various commands, shaping policies and training programs. Martin is known for his contributions to the Aircrew Protection Executive Committee and his innovative approach to aviators’ kits.

Corey, with nearly three decades in the audiovisual and communication sector, is known for his commitment and skill.
